I received the following email from the housing management today: 

Hello Orchard Park residents:
On June 4th, Campus Police recovered 2 stolen bikes from within Orchard Park.  They would like for someone to claim these bikes since they were stolen from within the Orchard Park complex and believe that someone from within the complex owns them.  The bike descriptions are as follows:

• Blue ladies 15-speed Roadmaster Mount Fury
• Boys Silver Mongoose Hoopd bike

If either of these bikes are yours, please contact Sergeant Henoch at 530-752-3278.

I'm sure it was stolen by 2 men that were caught red-handed in this post. Well done Jai!
