It is just weird when an uncle left a 'presumably' vicious dog with his 3-year old nephew, alone. As if his uncle doesn't know the behavior of his dog better than anyone else.
This is a lesson I would like to teach all of you who think all dogs are vicious:
Dogs (as with most other animals) won't attack people unless being provoked. With an exception: a guard dog. And some dogs won't attack people even after being provoked.
If you really want to stay away from a vicious dog, then I'll say stay away from a pit bull. Other than that, you are fine.

it saddens me when animals (dogs, and sometimes wild animals too) are directly blamed for actions caused by humans originally. they have rights too!
Thank you for that simple statement. You'd think it's common sense, but you would not believe how many people out there are so stupid about animals.
Neri: Yep, totally agree. Eventhough they can't express their voice, they have feelings too.
Adilla: Yep, some people memang a bit narrow minded when it comes to dog. I don't have to be a vet to know that not all dogs are mean.
